CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. No call no shows will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. Reschedules are only considered with at least 24 hour notice. A 10 minute grace period is given and a late fee will be applied after that time. If your arrival is later than 20 minutes, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and your deposit will be lost.
